The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
central Darke County in west central Ohio...

* until 815 PM EDT.

* At 521 PM EDT... radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
across the advisory area. Radar has estimated that 1 to 1.5 inches
of rain have fallen... with an additional 1 to perhaps 2 inches
possible as thunderstorms continue to move slowly across the area.

* Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets... highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition... farmland near creeks...
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

Some locations that will experience minor flooding include
Greenville... Wayne lakes... Palestine... Pikeville... Sharps Crossing...
Abbottsville and Sharpeye.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Do not enter or cross flowing water or water of unknown depth.
