... Winter Weather Advisory in effect for the Upper Hood River
Valley and the central Columbia River gorge until 8 am PST
Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow... sleet and freezing rain... which is in
effect until 8 am PST Sunday.

* Timing... snow showers will transition to occasional sleet and
freezing rain tonight... eventually changing over to rain Sunday
morning.

* Snow levels... rising to 1500 feet Sunday.

* Snow accumulation... 1 to 3 inches.

* Ice accumulation... up to a tenth of an inch.

* Impacts... snow and ice covered roads will make travel
difficult.
