... Strong winds expected along the Cody foothills this morning
through today...

An approaching low pressure trough will increase the pressure
gradient across the Absaroka Mountains and Cody foothills with
strong gusty winds developing this morning. The strongest winds
will likely occur this morning. The strongest winds will likely
be in The Gap flow favored areas just south of Clark and just
south of Cody along Highway 120. West winds will increase to 25 to
35 mph with gusts 45 to 55 mph with localized gusts around 65 mph.

Sunday... light to occasionally moderate snow will mix with strong
wind... reducing visibility to less than a half mile at times in
blowing snow in addition to causing drifting of snow.
