southeastern Franklin County in central Ohio...
southwestern Fairfield County in central Ohio...

* until 400 am EDT.

* At 123 am EDT... radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
lifting slowly north across the area. Doppler radar estimates
indicate that 1 to locally 2 inches of rain has fallen since 1230
am. Up to another inch of rain will be possible through 3 am.

* Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets... highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition... farmland near creeks...
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
