Issued: 8:49 AM CST Jan. 18, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Areas of dense fog this morning...

Through 11 am... areas of dense fog will be seen across parts of
northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota. This fog will reduce
visibilities to less than a quarter mile. In addition with
temperatures below freezing... any moisture deposited from this
fog has the potential to produce a light glaze.

For those driving this morning... allow extra time to reach your
destination and extra distance between you and the vehicle in
front of you.
