Special Statement
Issued: 3:53 AM EDT Mar. 26, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Spotty light freezing rain early this morning...

An area of light rain will move across central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania early this morning. Although most places
will see temperatures ranging from 33 to 38 degrees, some of the
higher elevations will see readings at or just below freezing. It
is these elevated terrain locations, generally above about 1500
feet, where light freezing rain or freezing drizzle could occur.

Motorists should be prepared for locally slippery and rapidly
changing Road conditions.
