... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 10 PM this evening to
10 am PST Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow... which is in effect
from 10 PM this evening to 10 am PST Sunday.

* Snow accumulations in the advisory area... 3 to 6 inches.

* Winds... south 20 to 30 mph with gust to 40 mph. High gusts are
possible above 5000 feet.

* Timing... light to moderate snow is expected to develop late
this evening and continue into Sunday morning.

* Locations in the advisory area include... mainly the higher
terrain and portions of Highway 140 between Bly and Lakeview
and east of Lakeview.

* Impacts... snow and blowing snow tonight will result in snow
packed roads and reduced visibilities, at times. Visibilities
could fall to less than one half of a mile at times.
