Friday...

The National Weather Service in northern Indiana has issued a
Winter Storm Warning... which is in effect from 4 am Thursday to
4 PM EST Friday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect.

Hazardous weather...

* lake effect snow showers with blowing and drifting snow.

* Snow accumulations generally 5 to 8 inches by late Friday.

* The more significant lake effect snow accumulations are
   expected from late Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.

Impacts...

* blowing and drifting snow will cause hazardous driving
   conditions on snow covered and slippery roads especially from
   Thursday afternoon into Friday morning.

* Significantly reduced visibilities are expected in the heavier
   snow showers.

* The Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes may be
   difficult.
