... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from 6 am MDT Tuesday
through late Tuesday night...

* timing... 6 am MDT Tuesday through 6 am MDT Wednesday.

* Total snow accumulations... 5 to 8 inches with locally higher
amounts possible.

* Winds/visibility... north winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40
mph Tuesday and Tuesday evening. Visibilities may be reduced to
one quarter mile at times in falling and blowing snow.

* Impacts... heavy wet snow will be difficult to manage. Travel
may become hazardous with slick and snow packed roads.
Visibilities will be reduced in falling and blowing snow.

advisory, which is in effect until 8 am MDT this morning.

* Timing... through sunrise.

* Visibility... reduced below a quarter of a mile.

* Impacts... mainly to transportation. Those driving along
Interstate 80 should prepare to slow down when encountering the
dense fog.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
