... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Wednesday evening
through Friday morning...

* timing... snow will begin Wednesday night and continue through
Thursday night.

* Total snow accumulations... 6 to 12 inches.

* Winds/visibility... east winds will become north to northeast
by Thursday afternoon into the evening. Gusts to 30 to 35 mph
will be possible. Visibilities will fall below one half mile
at times in falling and patchy blowing snow.

* Impacts... mainly to travel. Hazardous travel conditions will
likely occur due to slick snowpacked roads and low
visibilities.
