southwestern Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
northwestern Fayette County in southwestern Pennsylvania...

* until 1215 am EDT.

* At 912 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Monessen, California, Donora, Monongahela, Charleroi, West Newton,
Bentleyville, Brownsville, New Stanton, Perryopolis, New Eagle and
North Belle Vernon.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 31 and 57.

Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 75 and 77.

* At 828 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to one inch and a half of rain has already fallen.

Connellsville, Monessen, California, Donora, Mount Pleasant,
