... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 10 am Friday to 4 am
PST Saturday...

The National Weather Service in Elko has issued a Winter Weather
Advisory for snow which is in effect from 10 am Friday to 4 am
PST Saturday.

* Snow accumulations... 1-3 inches in the valleys and 4-8 inches in
the mountains.

* Timing... heaviest snowfall expected between Friday afternoon to
Saturday morning.

* Impacts... main impacts will be to travel along Interstate 80 in
southeastern Elko County and highways 50, 93 and 6 in White Pine
County, especially at summits and passes. Icy spots and poor
visibility will make travel difficult at times.
