* at 537 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a
cluster of thunderstorms. These Stroms have produced up to 2
inches of rainfall in the last hours... and are nearly
stationary. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
