The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Blizzard

* Timing... snow and blowing snow will intensify after midnight.
Snow intensity and visibility reductions will be greatest
around 3 hours either side of daybreak. Snow will diminish
midday Friday.

* Winds... becoming west 30 to 40 mph with gusts 55 to 65 mph
later tonight and northwest at similar speeds Friday morning.

* Snow levels... temperatures will be cold enough for snow at all
locations.

* Local impacts... Interstate 25 at Raton Pass will become snow
covered and treacherous overnight. U.S. Route 64/87 from Raton
