* winds... areas of northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50
mph.

* Timing... strengthening late tonight into Tuesday morning... then
weakening Tuesday afternoon.

* Location... along coastal mountain slopes and through and below
passes and canyons.

* Impacts... the winds will make driving difficult... especially
for motorists in high profile vehicles. Broken tree limbs
possible and other wind blown debris.
