The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a dense fog
advisory... which is in effect until 10 am EST this morning.

* Visibility... as low as near 1/4 mile.

* Impacts... fog will make driving hazardous.

* Timing... the fog will begin to slowly lift with visibility
gradually improving between 9 and 10 am.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
