... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through late tonight...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of Pennsylvania and West Virginia, including the
following areas, in Pennsylvania, Allegheny, Armstrong,
Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Greene, Jefferson, and Washington. In
West Virginia, Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia,
Ohio, and Wetzel.

* Through late tonight

* showers and storms capable of excessive heavy rain are expected
Friday morning and into Friday night.

* System totals of 1 to 2 inches of rain can be expected, with
some isolated higher totals possible. Flash flooding will be
possible in areas that receive the heaviest rain.

to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
