* until 930 PM EDT

* at 845 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles west of
Holly river state, or 11 miles east of Sutton, moving east at 30
mph.

Hazard... 60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Webster Springs, Addison (webster springs), Holly river state,
Diana, Monterville, Eden, Helvetia, Pickens, Cleveland, Waneta,
Hacker Valley, Kanawha Head and Bergoo.

* at 642 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
very heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected
to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Buckhannon, Weston, Stonewall Jackson, Rock Cave, Camden,
Alexander, Baldwin, Lorentz, Sand Run, Alton, Troy, Newberne,
Walkersville, Alum Bridge, Ellamore, Tallmansville, Overhill, Coxs
Mills, Linn and Horner.

... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through Sunday morning...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of southeast Ohio and West Virginia, including the
following areas, in southeast Ohio, Athens, Gallia, Jackson
OH, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton, and Washington. In West
Virginia, Barbour, Braxton, Calhoun, Clay, Doddridge, Gilmer,
Harrison, Jackson WV, Kanawha, Lewis, Mason, northwest
Fayette, northwest Nicholas, northwest Pocahontas, northwest
Randolph, northwest Webster, Pleasants, Putnam, Ritchie,
Roane, southeast Fayette, southeast Nicholas, southeast
Pocahontas, southeast Randolph, southeast Webster, Taylor,
Tyler, Upshur, Wirt, and wood.

* Through Sunday morning

* rounds of showers and thunderstorms, with heavy downpours are
expected through Sunday morning. This coupled with wet soils
across the area could produce flash flooding, especially along
small streams, creeks, low spots and poor drainage areas.
