... Areas of fog across southeast Virginia and northeast North
Carolina...

Areas of fog have developed this morning across portions of
southeast Virginia and northeast North Carolina. Visibility is
generally one mile or less, with some locally dense fog with a
visibility of one quarter mile or less. The fog should lift after
8 am.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam
headlights only.
