northern Somerset County in southeastern Maryland...
southwestern Wicomico County in southeastern Maryland...
central Dorchester County in southeastern Maryland...

* until 345 am EDT

* at 1240 am EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.
Radar estimates indicate that between two and three inches of rain
have fallen in much of the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Fruitland, Princess Anne, University of Maryland Eastern Shore,
Deal Island, Whitehaven, Green Hill, Catchpenny, Wetipquin, Oriole,
