* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for poor drainage areas

south central Lancaster County in south central Pennsylvania...

* until 830 PM EDT

* at 535 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. These storms continue to slowly sink southward
across southeastern York and south central Lancaster counties.
Radar indicates that up to 3 inches of rain has already fallen in
some areas during the past 90 minutes. This will cause Urban and
Small Stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result
in minor flooding in the advisory area.
