... Lake effect snow watch remains in effect from Thursday
afternoon through Saturday morning...

* locations... Warren and McKean counties.

* Accumulations... multi-day snow accumulations of more than 6
inches are possible.

* Timing... the heaviest snow is expected to fall Thursday night
through Friday night.

* Impacts... the heavy snow may make many roads impassable and may
produce scattered power outages due to the weight of the snow
on tree limbs and power lines.

* Winds... west 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
