Special Statement
Issued: 2:46 PM EDT Mar. 24, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Light snows and mixed precipitation to continue this evening...

Steady light snows... mixed precipitation and even plain rain will
continue across much of central and northern Vermont this evening
as well as northern New York. Additional snow accumulations of a
dusting to perhaps 2 inches will be possible in lower elevations
and as much as 3 to 4 inches in elevated terrain across portions
of north central and northeastern VT. Difficult travel is not
expected, though motorists should be alert for slushy to snow
covered roads, especially in higher elevations and passes.
Steadier light snows and mixed precipitation will shift south and
lessen in coverage across the area later this evening.
