... Spotty light freezing rain mixing with sleet this morning...

A band of light mixed precipitation is moving across the eastern
Catskills, Mid-Hudson valley, southern Taconics and Litchfield
County Connecticut and moving northward into the helderbergs,
Schoharie valley, capital district, central Taconics, and
Berkshires between 10 am and noon.

The mixed precipitation consists of light sleet, freezing rain,
and plain rain as temperatures are hovering within a few degrees
of the freezing mark. Light ice accretions of coating to a few
hundredths are possible on untreated surfaces. Exercise caution if
driving out on the roadways this morning, and allow extra time to
get to your destination.
