This is a blog for "people". You're not defined by your latest & greatest. You are you and that's great enough.

Have you noticed the silence surrounding Paula Dean finally. Her fifteen minutes of infamy appears to be over. Of course her show, cookbooks and endorsements are also over. We'll just have to see if she can manage a comeback. It did provide Jessica and myself some great conversation as she tried to explain the ramifications of our societal change from self governance of right and wrong and to today's choice of societal governance.
This brings us to a hoopla going around the blogs as a moderator I believe, told someone to quit their "Bitchin". Yes, I can use that word, at least I hope I can seeing that a moderator did. I've read the differing comments and through e-mails I've heard one say no problem, to another saying it was offensive and should result in a ban. I personally have no problem with the word itself except that I feel it shouldn't be used by those with an official title as it is an inflammatory word and I don't feel moderators should be inflammatory. So I ask you the QOD:
Is the word BITCHIN acceptable to use in blogs and / or in public?
