This is a blog for "people". You're not defined by your latest & greatest. You are you and that's great enough.

Wow, it's been quite some time since "I've" actually written a blog and I don't know why but I felt compelled today. Wouldn't you know I come by and see that things are the "same ole, same ole." Oh well, we can choose to read what we choose and I choose not to. Either way, I hope for happiness.
Life is good here in El Paso. Work keeps me busy. Family, albeit new, keeps me happy and the fall weather of highs in the low 80's and cools in the low 50's are perfect.
Funny thing I've learned. Now that I'm more west coast than east and buffered by land from hurricanes they are not nearly as fascinating. I still wish everyone safety but there are so many more interesting weather events that take precedent. Dust devils are a blast to look for here along with high winds and hail.
Now to the QOD. Yesterday amongst my travels I happened to pass by a young couple holding hands as they walked along the sidewalk. Nothing unusual there until out of the corner of my eye I noticed the guy was holding the girls purse. He didn't look nervous about it or ashamed it seemed like it was just a natural thing he did. Now I must confess, there's no way in hell I'm carrying a womans purse, especially if it doesn't match my outfit :-) and that leads to the QOD:
Would you carry your significant others purse?
