First Crows Now Ticks. Poor Abbey

By: plapman , 12:00 PM GMT on July 10, 2013

Today will start mainly sunny with increasing cloudiness near noon. This afternoon we may get a thunderstorm. The high will be 26C(79F).
Tonight will be clear with a low of 15C(59F).

Poor Abbey is being attacked by the big and the small. First a crow and last night while brushing her I found a tick. That little bloodsucker had managed to get past her tick collar. I've yet to see a use for them in the ecological system. Some other critter must fed on them I guess.
Looking out my window I see the neighbor across the street has acquired a camper.

You might have better luck using one of those anti-pest apllications that you put behind their head. Flea and tick collars aren't very reliable, particularly if they get wet, IMO.

Maybe you can talk to the fellow across the street, and ask him if the Queen, you, and Abbey can go on a trip! Looks like there's enough room! :' )

Have a good day!
