I have several "weather places" in my life. By that, I don't mean places that have the ultimate spectacular climate per say, but places that I have a connection to. It was a beautiful sunny morning. We have some new trails in the foothills above my house in Herriman Utah. I left my house and ran a 6.5 mile loop. Along the way, I met a a horned toad and a snake
These guys were cute and harmless (for reptiles), but my on a group run, we did happen to run across a rattlesnake one time. I was also glad to have my water backpack, because by the end it was getting quite hot.
