06:50, 52f, raining.. roosters crowing. pup didn't want to go out. she backed away from the door but finally complied. guardian out of view. hoping she's under shelter and not sleeping out in the rain. seems like she was up all night. something was out there aggravating her. waiting for lull to give everyone hay. big mass of rain in the gulf. know we'll get some of it. a gray, overcast day..
10:10 55f, pouring off and on. guadian asleep in front porch! hay to all. sheep and lettuce donkey tucked right in. shorty donkey went back to the overhang. got 2 eggs. leaks all over hen house. wasn't this bad last month. might have to move them to other coop. but not today. chickens dry so they cope. they got lots of scratch. had to drag pup out the house.
14:30, 63f, rain stopped. got 1.75". puddles everywhere. aguardian out patrolling farm. hay to all. fed everyone early. had meeting to go to in CK. 3 deer run through donkey woodlot. jump fence into back yard. guardian chases them into cactus field.
20:50, 52f, a mizzle. passed 12 deer on side of road coming back to farm. no moon. no stars. fed dogs. good night.
