07:00, 58F, overcast, damp. dense fog. roosters crowing. crows already eyeing guardian's food. pup wants to get them. sheep in sheep woodlot. donkeys wandering back and forth complaining..
09:10, 60f, drizzling. still foggy. everyone got hay before the drizzle started. fed chickens. guardian already wet. why does she like to sit in the rain?
10:30, high tide falling in CK. east wind, 3 knts. 63f, foggy. a drizzle. 1 blue heron at the oyster bar. distant ducks on the bayou. fed cat!
perused trawls for faulty hardware. continued mending trawl. big rain event around noon. it poured. general meeting. plotted next month's sampling sites on map.
16:00, mid tide falling at #4 bridge. north wind, 1 knt. 65f. overcast and drizzling. small flock of small ducks in lead. not a soul at the oyster bar. egrets in marsh.
16:40, 64f, overcast, drizzling. don't think it poured at farm. got 0.3" rain. wet guardian sleeping in front of house. brief walk with pup. got 1 egg.
18:20, 62f, drizzling. hay to all. some sheep being persnickety about going into drizzly fold to eat their grain. donkeys ran to back and gobbled theirs up. pup wants to go inside. red rooster follows me looking for corn. guardian follows us.
21:10, 61f, drizzling. no stars at all. fed dogs. rooster restless on the broken bar-b-que grill; he should be back in his pen. guardian runs down lane, barking. odor of skunk out in back by dog pen. good night, critters..

maybe she's trying to cool down. she does have a heavy thick coat.

Busterpony almost always tries to get in the rain. He's almost always hot..a little overweight & grows a coat way to long for FL.
