06:15, 34F, frost on the pasture. sheep guardian out in the pasture. didn't come when I called but boy when she heard the pup yowling she came right away.. roosters been up since 4. what the heck? crows calling. delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast.
07:30, 33F. sun's up. got to hussle to get to church. still need to give out hay.
08:55, medium tide rising at CK. 48F, NE wind, 5 knts. herons and ibis and brown pelicans.. church was good. this is the last sunday of the church year. next week the church year begins with the 1st sunday in advent.
11:10, high tide at CK with ducks in the bayou - scaups.. dropped by lab and fed cat on the way out of town. 54F, SE wind 2-3 knts.
15:05, 65F at the back door. sunny, a north breeze. 59F at the front door under the porch roof.. got 3 eggs. revived the fire in the fireplace. the funnies were funny, esp. get fuzzy.
18:50, 48F, a mist. waxing gibbous moon rising in the east. thinking that bright planet in the east is saturn. but not sure. can see the rabbit in the moon.
