06:05, 73F, drizzling. thunder grumbling from all over. frogs croaking. roosters up. no significant rainfall over night but keeping it damp. the vegetation is happy. thinking of staying at the farm today..
gray and overcast all day. some drizzle. still no showers here but things are damp and cool all the same.
14:40, 83F in the back, 79F in the front. gray and overcast with brief views of a hazy sun. no breeze. got 2 eggs.
18:00, 75F, overcast. 5 deer in donkey woodlot. got 1 egg. pileated woodpecker in the lane. doing chores early in case the rain in the gulf moves over the farm.
20:10, 75F, light rain. overcast. the grass and herbaceous vegetation is growing like crazy. I foresee another sheep visitation to the yard..
