Tallahassee, FL forecast discussion 3-23-2014

Short Term(Today-Tuesday)
Currently there is a frontal system in the area that will bring some rain for Sunday. Current radar images show the system coming from the west and is near the Panama City area. High for Sunday will be around 78F. This temperature is slightly above seasonal averages. Sunday night low will be around 63F which is above seasonal averages. Mondays high will be 68F which will be below seasonal averages. There will be some rain in the morning hours.Tuesday night/Wednesday morning will be around 58F which is close to seasonal averages.

Long Term(Tuesday afternoon-Friday)

For the long term period both NAM and GFS models are in good agreement on when the precipitation will arrive on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday will be days of calm weather. On Friday there will be another incoming frontal system that will bring rain to the area. Maximum temperatures will be around mid 60s to mid 70s during the long term period.
