BayfrontWX has undergone a major hardware upgrade over the past several days. We are now using an anenometer mounted approximately 32 feet AGL, rather than the anenometer mounted on our Vue ISS. This should give us a much better indication of wind speed and direction. Additionally, we have relocated our weather cam to a position just below the new anenometer, elevating it to approximately 30 feet.

Parker Bayfront will be offline for approximately 2 hours between 2030-2230Z on 2 Jul 2016 for the installation of a new Davis Vue Integrated Sensor Suite (ISS). While I have been satisfied with the performance of my previous AcuRite weather station, I hope that this new hardware will improve the accuracy of the information being provided.
I appreciate everyone's patience during this transition.
