sensor upgrade and WD update

By: ichelseawu , 5:13 PM GMT on August 22, 2013

Hi all today after a few weeks of intermitent data I have replaced the ext. Temperature and Humidity sensor in my Davis Vantage pro plus weather station.

I was talking to the technician and he said that the main cause of this problem is spiders getting into the ISS and leaving acid in the sensor. So keep spiders away.
I will be investigating this in the next few days.

The other news is that I have upgraded software and am running Wdisplay Ver 10.37S build 10.
It seems to be stable

Any way that is my lot for today

Spiders overall have been the bane of my PWS..

Moving it up on the roof helped alot. When it was close to the garden they wrecked it regularly.
