Weatherwise Weather Stations...

By: gladi8or, 10:47 PM GMT on June 15, 2012

Just a quick blog to anyone in the market to purchase a weather station...THE SAYING GOES, you get what you pay for...well that's SO true when it comes to the station I purchased from WEATHERWISE. If you want a cheap weather station that works ok for about 4 or 5 months, get a Weatherwise station...otherwise, keep on reading...

I had to replace the hygro 2 months after purchase in which the Weatherwise people did replace after several e-mails and calls, but here 5 months later...the same thing happened and I am being ignored (this time completely...) after several e-mails and several calls to there voice-mail...they don't even answer the phone there and have a message to send a e-mail for best service...not!

Normally my weather station malfunction would not be a big deal, but since my stations "sticker" was added to my homeowners association website and all newsletters...just to have NO readings displayed for a couple weeks...well its just a little embarrassing to me thanks for NOTHING WEATHERWISE!

Anyway, I have learned my lesson and now I am looking to buy a Davis system here soon. I hope this blog helps someone not to fall into the "cheap" trap like I did...thanks for reading.
