A trough of low pressure will shift across eastern Europe on Tuesday, while an Atlantic system moves over western Europe.
An area of low pressure will make its way across Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine. A cool weather pattern will remain in place across a large portion of the European Mainland. This particular system will generate light to moderate rain and isolated thunderstorms across the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova and parts of Romania. Kiev, Ukraine, will experience rainy conditions throughout the morning and the afternoon with a high of 60(F)/ 15(C). A cold frontal boundary associated with this system will also stir up showers and isolated thunderstorms from southern Italy to the southern Balkan Peninsula. Rome, Italy, can expect afternoon and evening rain with a high of 70(F)/ 21(C). Tirana, Albania, will experience similar conditions with a high of 66(F)/ 18(C).
Meanwhile, an Atlantic system will drift eastward over Ireland and the United Kingdom. This system will initiate light rain in Scotland, Wales, western England and Ireland. Dublin, Ireland, can expect late afternoon and evening showers with a high of 63(F)/ 17(C). Glasgow, United Kingdom, is forecast to receive between 5 to 10 millimeters of rain with a high of 58(F)/ 14(C). A cold frontal boundary associated with this system will produce isolated showers across Portugal and western Spain.
