A low pressure system will bring impacts to southern Europe on Sunday, while an Atlantic system approaches western Europe.
An area of low pressure will strengthen as it drifts eastward over the western tier of the Mediterranean Sea. This system will usher moderate to heavy rain and high elevation snow across eastern France, Switzerland southern Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Greece, Macedonia, western Bulgaria, Serbia, western Romania and Hungary. Zagreb, Croatia, is forecast to receive between 10 to 20 millimeters of rain with a high of 60(F)/ 15(C). Venice, Italy, will be rainy throughout the day with a high of 59(F)/ 15(C).
A warm frontal boundary draped across eastern Europe will generate showers and isolated thunderstorms in parts of Belarus, western Ukraine and eastern Poland.
Meanwhile, an Atlantic system will generate gusty winds and moderate rain in Ireland, the United Kingdom and western Norway. Dublin, Ireland, will experience showers throughout the morning with a high of 59(F)/ 15(C). London, United Kingdom, will have a chance of evening showers with a high of 58(F)/ 14(C). High pressure will dry conditions out across the Iberian Peninsula on Sunday. Lisbon, Portugal, will be sunny with a high of 74(F)/ 23(C).
