As if the last storm at the end of September weren't enough, it looks like the heaviest rain with the current storm will be in the same areas...eastern Andalucía and the Levante. The upper low is forecast to pinch off over northern Africa on Friday, moving slowly north over these areas on Saturday. This cold pocket aloft should tap some very moist and unstable air over the Mediterranean and trigger heavy rains on that day.
For Western Andalucía, rains will primarily fall tomorrow with the approaching cold front.
