** MLK Weekend Storm?**

By: WeatherBobNut, 5:56 AM GMT on January 09, 2010

Hi, Weatherbob here, it appears madels are in fairly good agreement in showing a storm around the Martin Luther King holiday weekend. Current ensemles and op Models have been consistent on these findings. However, i'm not quite biting just yet. Many runs to go before this but i felt i should just throw this out there. It's showing multiple solutions and if we should get within 84 hours out of this event and the current solutions should verify, well we would have one...

**Christmas ICE Storm?**

By: WeatherBobNut, 11:25 PM GMT on December 21, 2009

Hello everyone, i've been increasingly getting concerned in regards of getting an ice storm here in Pa. Current models including the NAM has me most concerned over CAD in the Valleys all the way from Harrisburg up through the Scranton/Wilkes Barre area, a great lakes cutter will impact much of the midwest and a secondary low will form over the deep south and ride up the coast. Enough cold air will be hanging tough over this area and we may cause several hours of fre...

Hi everyone, i thought it's been time i finally updated my blog. I've been watching the models closely and this mornings 06z runs look favorable for some snow here in Eastern Pa. Yes, it's many more runs away however, this has been on and off the models for the past 3 days. Just something to throw out there. Great to be back with all my weather friends here. WU sure has the best people.Get your holiday decorating done over the next week because one thing i am sure o...

Hi, Weather Bob here; this is my first post of the Winter season now that it's officially winter.Well, the GFS and Euro continue to show a Huge storm around the 3rd of the new year. Is the GFS playing it's long range games again? No one knows, but i do see the NAO is going negative around that time frame and it'll be something to watch for sure. We will be in for a back and forth weather pattern here in the east most of this winter; we'll see moderate cold spells fo...

**GFS Shows a Stomy MARCH**

By: WeatherBobNut, 5:38 PM GMT on March 04, 2008

Well here we go guys, the GFS is up to its usual cha cha placement of storms. March will be a very stormy month here in the east. The current storm will create everything from an ice storm to flooding issues in Pa, Ny and Nj. The weekend storm looks quite interesting and I do feel that this is the Big Daddy that many of us have been waiting for. The models will waffle around some more and most are in agreement now. There is another big storm for the weekend of the 1...
