Hummer cam current view -
Summer's is approaching, the June Gloom is thinning each day. Temps are still nice but warming. Evenings are quite nice, no longer wishing it was 'a few degrees warmer' ;)
The Caprese garden is doing very nicely. Here's a shot of yesterday's pickins. Now where is that mozzarella?
'Course, must have basil -
Trying a new variety - Yellow Stuffer. I guess we'll have to figure out something to stuff them with!
Viva Italia beginning to ripen -
Sungolds and Viva Italia -
Our Santa Rosa plum tree is really loaded and having to unload some at work and on neighbors. They are the best! Too bad they are never at the store, probably don't transport well.
Really enjoying GG's raptor photos and narrative, and now BC is off on a similar behind the scene tour. Should be nice pics from there as well. Waiting for her bubbler updates!
Am hoping cp is right about a busy monsoon season this summer, maybe a trip to Julian chasing a little lightning if we get a weekend event!
I snagged a photo off of the Hummercam last Sunday, could be father and son out on Father's Day for a snack at the feeder. They were both on the feeder at the same time but you could not really see the young male, when he poked his head around - Dad? was done and about to fly off.
