I have been busy and haven't had much time to start a new garden blog. It seems like I am always doing something with the kids and I know it will only get worse as they get older. Here are a few pictures of this year's gardens. I have the same area for potatoes and the other garden is a bit different. It has the usual staples of tomato, peppers, cucumbers and onion. I decided to have an area for herbs. I also planted cabbage. I have been making sauerkraut in the fall and thought why not use home grown cabbage to make the sauerkraut. The Backyard Birdwatcher and Homemade Suet Cakes
