Nor'easter could impact World Series game 1

By: TheDawnAwakening , 1:23 PM GMT on October 21, 2013

Models are showing a low grade nor'easter possibly impacting game 1 of the World Series in Boston, MA. Models show a low pressure system developing off the coast of MD and heading northeastward towards just southeast of Nantucket, MA sometime Wednesday afternoon. Dynamical situation evolving on the model 00z suite with highly amplified PNA ridging developing over the Rockies and may be just placed to the west allowing the low to ride up the coastline taking a track over Cape Cod, MA. GFS is more amplified with EURO showing highly amplified PNA ridging complexed with -AO regimed arctic airmass over Canada, could become involved with anomalous polar vortex over Ontario, Canada. Still three days before models see this happening so we have time before this becomes more certain. Cooling trend throughout this week.
