Bigger rain bands entering PR

By: StormPete , 4:30 PM GMT on September 04, 2013

Many huge rain bands, very heavy on rain amounts and with high wind gusts are moving all Puerto Rico. Those are still coming from the wave in front of 97 L, scheduled to arrive here tomorrow. Center of the wave is located about 30-40 miles at south part of PR. Appears it will keep on raining all day.
