Today’s western pacific weather update keys in on two areas, first the area pushing across Japan in to Wednesday that will likely bring a new shot of fresh snow in to the Kanto area. Something people across the region take very seriously after the January 22nd storm.
If not snow a decent amount of rain will fall for many residents,
Meanwhile we also dive in to a area in the tropics that will remain weak and really will not become anything severe, yet it still can bring some localized flooding in the southern Philippines.
