Hurricane Otto & Red Flag Warnings in Florida

By: SWFLDigTek , 7:47 PM GMT on October 08, 2010

Hurricane Otto continues to dump heavy rain in the Northern Caribbean, I also have to admit this one sort of snuck up on me... Has been a busy week and with my son starting the fall baseball season, I have not really been keeping up to date on the tropics like I should be, especially with how active the season has been.

On another note, Florida is starting to see red flag warning already, not that this means we are clear of tropical weather in Florida for the season, but it just seems early in the year for this.

Anyway, since I have not really done any research on Otto, I will finish up this rather lacking report by saying south Florida is not expected to see any rain this weekend, with temps in the upper 80's you almost cannot ask for better weather... Until next time, enjoy.
