TS Isaac

By: NEwxguy , 1:30 PM GMT on August 30, 2012

Isaac has been downgraded to a TS and should be a TD today, but still dumping huge amount of rain.He is very slowing moving n or nnw and will continue to dump large amounts of rain. There will be a lot of flooding from this system, but for drought areas it should help in Arkansas and Missouri areas. Some of his moisture may get drawn into a frontal system and help with some rain on late monday or Tuesday.
For the labor day weekend, nothing but sunshine.
A hot day tomorrow in the 90's,then cooling down,80's on Saturday,70's on Sunday and Monday.
Nice way to end the summer.I always consider Labor day weekend as the unofficial end of summer, eventhough we will still have some very warm days,September steadily cools down and shorter days are the rule.

As a side note TD12 has formed in the central atlantic currently moving west. Most models curve this out to sea with a possible threat to Bermuda, but interesting to note the ECMWF has it missing the weakness caused by Hurr. Kirk and poses a threat to either Bermuda or Northeast or Canada. This is something to watch.
