January 2010

By: NEwxguy , 2:42 PM GMT on January 20, 2010

This is going to be a month of halfs. The first half below normal temps, the second half above normal temps.I've been keeping my records and the below normal statistics have just about been zeroed out,and with a very warm rainstorm on Sunday night and Monday,we will swing above normal for the month. This is normal for an El Nino winter, patterns will continue to shift the rest of the winter, with stormy periods from time to time.Fridays east coast storm should ride out far south of New England and probably not effect us at all.

Mornin' New!

Too bad there isn't a song reflecting the post-election weather dejectin' blues!! LOL's!! Well, if Mass. wants a fumbling American Idol-like winner to serve, embarrass away!! LOL's!!

Seems like next Monday we might get the chance to experience 50 degree temps around here! Certainly would make a great post-birthday gift! The sun's making too brief an appearance lately and is needed to melt the heavy snow hanging from all the trees around here. Fingers crossed that there won't be any future damage caused by falling limbs, etc. Last year's ice-storm really took its toll on the woodlands!

Hope your day runs smoothly and that each day is better than the next!
