Midwest Heatwave

It has been a hot one here in Kansas City for a while. I know we have had our share of them but the last one I remember was in 1994 during my first summer out of High school. 2011 Hurricane Season Predictions

Currently I predict that we will have the following:16 named storms10 Hurricanes4 MajorsI also believe we will see 2 perhaps 3 landfalling hurricanes, though I do not expect any majors to landfall in the US.Keeping this blog just to see accuracy. I dont know fully enough to explain how I got these numbers other than general factors such as La Nina, SST's, and A-B high location.
