2014 Water Conservation - Welcome the future norm

With over 2 million people in San Diego County, water becomes ??? when demand exceeds availability. Hum...

It's important to conserve water now that we are living in yesterday's future. Water is in limited supply, always, and especially for us in southern-most California. Do your best to turn off running water while you're not using it, like brushing your teeth.

When touring the Hoover Dam, an the engineer guide said something once that really made sense:
"Think of us here at the dam when you use water...the less you waste the more water you'll save for both consumption and electricity generation!"
